The Fita Preta Freshly Squeezed Rosé is a fresh and elegant rosé that showcases the purity of fruit from the native Castelão, Touriga Nacional, and Aragonez grapes. Made from 20-year-old, dry-farmed estate vineyards, this wine reflects the continental Mediterranean terroir, balancing hot, dry days with cool nights. Night-time hand harvesting, gentle crushing, and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks create a fine, light, and vibrant rosé, perfect to start a meal or enjoy in good company.
