Description

Monte D Atalaya Selected Harvest Rosé is the first rosé produced exclusively from estate-grown grapes in Moura. Sourced from just two carefully selected vineyard parcels out of 50 hectares, it reflects a strong commitment to quality and terroir expression. The label is inspired by the medieval watchtower on the estate, symbolizing protection and heritage, reinforcing the connection between history, land, and wine.

Nota de Prova

Color: Salmon pink.

Nose: Fresh, with notes of tropical and red fruits.

Palate: Fresh and mineral, balanced and very pleasant.

Suggestions

Best served well chilled, this rosé is ideal as an aperitif or paired with salads, grilled fish, seafood, and light summer dishes. Ideal serving temperature: 8 to 10C.
