Description

This rosé Tons de Duorum is produced from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz varieties, planted in shale soils at an average altitude of 400m to 600m.

The grapes are de-stemmed, gently crushed followed by a cold maceration between 12 and 24 hours. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 14º to 16ºC.

AROMA: Aroma marcado por frutos vermelhos e notas vegetais.

PALADAR: Um vinho com volume, acidez bem equilibrada, e um final de boca prolongado.

Suggestions

Ideal served as an appetizer, or as a companion of cold dishes such as ceviches, tartars and salads. It is a good companion of soups, fish dishes and light meat dishes. Given its body and aromatic complexity, it also pairs very well with spicy cuisines.
