Description

Vibeyard Rosé is an elegant and vibrant organic Vinho Verde rosé born in Baião, a subregion of the Vinho Verde region, and crafted by Quinta de Santa Teresa, a family-owned estate dedicated to organic winemaking. Made from Portugal’s iconic Touriga Nacional grape with a touch of Vinhão, this wine combines freshness, finesse, and the authentic character of the region.

Only the first, lighter pressing of the grapes is used, giving the wine its delicate pale color and refined dry style. The grapes are carefully hand-selected, destemmed, and undergo just a few hours of skin contact before pressing. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, followed by light filtration and bottling to preserve freshness and purity.
