Description

Belonging to the oldest Champagne house in the world, Ruinart Blanc des Blancs is made up of 100% Chardonnay from several years (20% to 25% of which are reserve wines from the previous 2 years). Known for its Aromatic Freshness, the vast majority of Chardonnay grapes come from Premiers Crus vineyards of Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, for greater aromatic "finesse", complemented by Sézannais grapes known for their ability to evolve.

Lastly, grapes from the north of the Vesle Valley are also present in this blend, giving a light and fresh touch. At the level of vinification: harvest done by hand. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with regulated temperature. Complete malolactic fermentation. Only 9 grams of sugar per liter is the real Brut champagne.

Nota de Prova

Cor amarela pálida dourada com reflexos verdes suaves, uma cor vibrante, luminosa. Efervescência ativa e libertação persistente. Um segundo aroma muito fino e floral, com notas de flores brancas e frutas brancas (pêssego branco, abacaxi). Um primeiro sabor de boca macio, harmonioso, muito arredondado. Uma vinosidade que não é excessiva, suportada pela sua excelente frescura.

Suggestions

Use a glass with a more open and rounded body, like Borgogna. Pour the champagne gently until half the glass is filled.
