Rum El Dorado is a unique rum, due to the fact that it is the only rum of the "Rum Demerara" style and has the oldest wooden stills in the world still in operation, some dating back to the 17th century.

El Dorado 21 years old is one of the greatest rum experiences in the world. This rum is characteristic for the excellent color and strong character transmitted in this creation. The recipe for this 21-year-old special reserve is a mix of selected runs, aged in ex-bourbon oak barrels for at least 21 years. It is made from the Enmore Coffey wooden still, Versailles wooden still and the Savalle de Albion still.
