Rum El Dorado is a unique rum, due to the fact that it is the only rum of the "Rum Demerara" style and has the oldest wooden stills in the world still in operation, some dating back to the 17th century.

A rum aged in barrels for a minimum of 5 years results in a rum with a delicate and award-winning amber, very complex and ripe with a distinctive delicate flavor thanks to its aging in ex-bourbon oak barrels.

El Dorado 5 years old has a unique character that comes from a talented mix of traditionally distilled runs in stills such as the Savalle de Uitvlugt and the Coffey wooden still from Enmore. It is characterized by being versatile and at the same time to be enjoyed simply with ice.
