Description

Santísima Trinidad 15 is a Cuban extra-aged rum crafted through a three-stage ageing process designed to develop complexity, depth and balance. The eaux-de-vie are initially aged for a minimum of four years before being blended into the base rums, which mature in cellars for several years. In the final stage, the rum is returned to used casks to refine the integration of its components and achieve a harmonious profile. The result is an intense and elegant rum characterised by notes of wood, dried fruit and caramelised nuances.

Colour: Dark amber, bright and clear, with copper highlights.

Aroma: Intense and complex, with notes of aged wood, toasted caramel, prunes and raisins, accompanied by a subtle sweetness.

Palate: Full-bodied and unctuous, with balsamic and woody notes, hints of almonds and walnuts, moderate sweetness and a well-integrated touch of bitterness.

Finish: Long and persistent, with woody notes and a slightly bitter character.
