With a little aeration, it reveals a more expressive profile, dominated by ripe pear and a gentle lactic note reminiscent of yoghurt.

On the palate, the attack is soft, supported by a beautiful acidity that brings freshness and clarity. Rather than being highly aromatic, it stands out for its enveloping texture and pronounced umami, accompanied by spice notes, especially pepper.
