Kagura Shichiyo 50 Junmai Ginjo Muroka Genshu is an intense, fruity sake with beautiful umami character and remarkable aromatic purity. The nose is extremely fresh, with notes of mint, cucumber, and cooked rice, showing great clarity. The second nose remains highly aromatic, with an almost mineral freshness and excellent finesse. On the palate, it is fresh and fruity, with a slight natural perlage on the attack. A gentle roundness develops through the mid-palate, evolving into a refined umami profile. The finish is aromatic, persistent, and refreshing, with elegant bitters, white peach, and rice notes. Made from the Gohyakumangoku rice variety, this sake is expressive, well-structured, and beautifully balanced.
