Description

Junmai Manrei Dry is a dry and elegant sake, defined by freshness and subtle minerality. On the first nose, it is discreet, with an almost mentholated freshness, accompanied by notes of dried fruit and rice. As it opens, delicate hints of glutinous rice and apple emerge, offering a refined aromatic experience.

On the palate, it is fresh and direct, with an almost saline minerality and notes of apple, melon, and cooked rice. The mid-palate is clean and tangy, evolving into a very dry, fluid finish with a subtle umami. The finish is mouth-watering, persistent, and leaves the palate perfectly prepared for gastronomic pairings.
