Señor Sotol Ensamble Durango is a handcrafted small-batch sotol produced by Maestro Sotolero Juan Manuel Conde in the village of San Nicolás, Durango, Mexico. Crafted from a blend of wild Texano, Cedrosano, and Wheeleri Dasylirion varieties, it is distilled in copper stills using mountain spring water. The result is a beautifully balanced spirit that showcases the richness of Durango's terroir and the authenticity of traditional sotol production.
