Description

Produced from the Baga grape variety, this rosé sparkling wine comes from a second harvest in specially selected vineyards. The must undergoes natural decantation before fermenting in stainless steel tanks under strict temperature control. It follows the traditional method, with bottle fermentation and manual remuage in wooden pupitres, honoring the classic winemaking tradition of Bairrada.

It is a Brut Nature, meaning no sugar is added in the dosage, resulting in an authentic, dry, and elegant profile, with vibrant freshness and delicate notes that express the purity of the Baga grape and the unique terroir of Bairrada.

Nota de Prova

Displays a delicate, bright rosé color with fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers elegant aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and redcurrant, complemented by subtle floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and mineral, with vibrant acidity and a creamy mousse that highlight the purity of the Baga grape. The finish is long and elegant, reflecting the authenticity of a true Brut Nature.
