Valduga 130 Anos Blanc de Blanc is the iconic sparkling wine of Casa Valduga, created to celebrate the 130th anniversary of the Valduga family's arrival in Brazil. Made from special vintage Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes using the traditional champenoise method, it ages on lees for 36 months, offering a unique combination of complexity and elegance. Awarded the Gold Medal at the Effervescents du Monde competition, it is perfect for special moments and celebrations.

Nota de Prova

Color: Light straw yellow with golden highlights.

Aroma: Delicate notes of white fruits, toasted bread, brioche and a subtle floral touch.
Taste: Elegant and structured, with good acidity, fine bubbles and creamy texture.

Finish: Long, persistent and harmonious.

Suggestions

Perfect to pair with cold dishes, fish, white meats, young cheeses, pasta and cheese-based risottos. Also excellent as an aperitif for special occasions. Best served at 6 to 8ºC and can be cellared up to 8 years after dégorgement, if stored under proper conditions.
