Description

Vértice Rosé Sparkling Wine is an elegant and fresh sparkling wine produced by Caves Transmontanas in the Douro region. Made from Gouveio, Malvasia Fina, and Touriga Franca grapes, this sparkling wine presents a delicate pink color and a fine, persistent bubble. The 16-month bottle aging imparts complexity and smoothness, making it ideal for celebrations and special moments.

Nota de Prova

It is modern with a very light pink color, which comes from Touriga Franca in its genesis. A closer look reveals a very thin persistent bubble, which culminates in a perfect "necklace". The nose reveals freshness and joviality, with vegetable notes and plenty of fresh red fruit. In the mouth, it is fresh, bulky and round, with the bursting of the bubble making it long and persistent.

Suggestions

Perfect to pair with appetizers, seafood, sushi, fresh salads, and mild cheeses. Also an excellent choice as an aperitif for special occasions. Best served well chilled, between 6 to 8ºC.
