Description

Caballito Cerrero Chato 46 is an exceptional artisanal distillate produced at the historic Fábrica Santa Rita, in the heart of the tequila region. Made from Chato agave (a variety distinct from the more common Tequilana Weber), this distillate honors ancestral practices: masonry oven cooking, traditional milling, natural fermentation with wild yeasts, and double distillation (stainless steel and copper).

Although it follows all traditional tequila methods, Caballito Cerrero is a pure agave distillate. The result is an authentic, complex, and intense spirit that preserves the purest expression of the agave and the Mexican terroir.

Nota de Prova

Aroma: Cooked agave and fresh herbs, with intense vegetal notes (green pepper), citrus (tangerine), light smoke, and subtle minerality.

Palate: Full-bodied and creamy, with balanced sweetness of roasted agave, herb butter, white pepper, and a saline touch. Deep and herbal profile with excellent structure.

Finish: Long, fresh, and clean, with prolonged spicy and herbal notes.
