Caballito Cerrero Chato Reposado 46 is a rare and artisanal agave distillate produced at the historic Fábrica Santa Rita in Amatitán, Jalisco – Mexico. Made from 100% Chato Agave (Agave angustifolia), an ancestral variety rarely found in modern tequila production, this distillate rests for a short period in oak barrels, resulting in an elegant, balanced, and intensely aromatic profile.

Although it follows all traditional tequila-making methods, Caballito Cerrero is a pure agave distillate. This Reposado edition combines the vegetal freshness of agave with the smoothness and complexity brought by the wood.

Nota de Prova

Aroma: Cooked agave takes the lead, with vegetal notes (green asparagus, bell pepper), light vanilla, and soft oak spices. A touch of citrus adds freshness.

Palate: Velvety texture with flavors of roasted agave, aromatic herbs, subtle oak, white pepper, and a gentle sweetness reminiscent of light honey.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering herbal, mineral, and dry oak notes.
