Description

This Mexican tequila is made exclusively from Blue Weber agave, grown for around 10 years in the rich red soils of Atotonilco, in the Jalisco Highlands. Unaged in wood, it showcases the pure expression of agave and a complex aromatic and flavour profile, combining notes of tropical fruit, red pepper, flowers and butterscotch. Long fermentation and a blend of tequilas distilled in pot stills and column stills contribute to its depth and balance. Before bottling, it rests for 60 days in stainless steel tanks, preserving the character of the raw materials and the influence of the terroir. It contains no added sugar or flavourings.

Nota de Prova

Aroma: Tropical fruit, herbal and floral notes, red pepper and butterscotch.

Palate: Complex and expressive, with notes of pineapple, herbs, mineral stone and agave.

Finish: Distinctive, with pronounced agave character and fruity, vegetal nuances.

Suggestions

Ideal for sipping neat, at room temperature or slightly chilled, allowing the complexity of the agave and the influence of the terroir to shine through. It can also be used in tequila cocktails that benefit from an intense, expressive profile.
