Description

Umeshu Shiratama is a Japanese whisky-based liqueur. It is the result of the macerated plums in shochu (Japanese alcoholic beverage distilled from different ingredients, including wheat, rice and sweet potatoes) in which sugar and whisky touch are added to obtain a characterlique.

It is characterized by a refreshing, slightly sweet and sour taste at the same time and by the ripe aroma of the fruit.
