Vermute Mancino Chinato results from the intersection of three mancino vermouths: Secco, Bianco e Rosso. The palate is rich, deep and bitter with the notes of the red wine that gives to the Chinato all the characteristic to be a remarkable digestive and aperitif. 30ml Old Tom Gin
20ml Lemon juice
10ml Honey Syrupbr>Soda

PREPARATION:
Shake all the ingredients with ice, except the soda water, double strain into a High Ball. Complete with the soda and garnish with a long lemon zest twist.
