Description

Chiyomusubi Single Cask is a Japanese whisky produced by the historic Chiyomusubi Sake Brewery, founded in 1865 in the port town of Sakaiminato, where the sea breeze and distinctive local climate contribute to its unique character. The distillery entered the whisky business in 2021, combining tradition and innovation while using carefully selected malt and sake yeast. Each Single Cask is crafted with meticulous attention throughout the process, from distillation to maturation, resulting in an authentic and limited expression of Japanese whisky.

Nota de Prova
