Green Spot is an authentic Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey crafted according to a centuries-old tradition. Originally produced exclusively for the Mitchell family — wine and confectionery merchants in Dublin since 1805 — the whiskey still carries the family’s legacy and deep connection to the city’s heritage. Comprising whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, it is matured in a combination of new and refill bourbon casks as well as sherry casks, resulting in a balanced, vibrant, and distinctly Irish profile. It envelops the palate with notes of fresh fruit, gentle spices, and toasted wood, showcasing elegance and authenticity.
