Description

The Macallan Rare Cask is made from all the aged barrels in The Macallan distillery, bringing together 16 different types - predominantly sherry barrels. The Rare Cask is a superbly well rounded and distinctive whisky, which shows the dedication to the art of manually choosing European and American sherry oak barrels at the perfect point of maturation.

The result is extremely complex, but perfectly balanced. Bottled only 4 times a year, this whisky has a very limited production.
