Description

The Nomad Outland Whisky is a truly innovative and distinctive spirit that breaks the traditional rules of whisky production by combining Scottish craftsmanship with a unique ageing journey in Jerez, Spain. Born from a blend of around 30 malt and grain whiskies from Speyside and the Highlands, each aged between 5 and 8 years, it is first matured in sherry casks in Scotland and then completed with at least 12 months of refinement in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks in the historic González Byass cellars. This double-ageing process in two contrasting climates — the cool Scottish highlands and the warm, dry atmosphere of Jerez — gives Nomad its elegant complexity and unmistakable character, offering whisky lovers an experience that is both familiar and refreshingly different.

Color: Bright amber with radiant highlights.

Aroma: Concentrated malt notes with wood and rich Pedro Ximénez sherry influences, showing raisins, honey, and subtle spice.

Palate: Smooth and elegant, with flavors of ripe fruit, honeyed sweetness, dried fruits and gentle oak nuances.

Finish: Long, pleasant, and refined, with lasting hints of vanilla, dried fruit, and sweet sherry warmth.

Suggestions

Enjoy neat or with a splash of water to open its layers. Best served between 18 and 20ºC to showcase its aromatic depth and refined character.
