1. Pour 25ml blood orange juice, 25ml Sweet Vermouth, 25ml Cherry Liquor and 25ml Pigs Nose into a shaker. Shake;
2. Then strain into a Martini glass;
3. Garnish with an orange twist soaked in high strength rum.
