Description

This is a handcrafted Scottish whisky produced at the small Edradour distillery, known as “Scotland’s Little Gem.” This specific expression was distilled on 14th November 2012 and bottled in February 2023, with 46% alcohol, preserving its authenticity with natural colour and no chill filtration.

The bottle is part of the The Un-Chillfiltered Collection, a series by Signatory that aims to preserve the original character of the whisky as much as possible.

Nota de Prova

Color: Rich amber.

Nose: Dried fruits, honey, soft spices, vanilla, and a touch of oak.

Palate: Full-bodied and smooth, with notes of malt sweetness, baked fruits, delicate spices, and light hints of caramel.

Finish: Long and elegant, with lingering vanilla, nutmeg, and a slight dryness.

Suggestions

Pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, dark chocolate or fine charcuterie, and is excellent as a digestif served neat or with a drop of water.
