Embracing a true terroir approach, Irish barley is harvested, distilled, and matured farm by farm, allowing the natural flavour of the grain to shine through. This cuvée delivers balance, complexity, and authenticity, with a vibrant profile combining ripe fruit, spice, and subtle peat smoke. Bottled at 47% ABV, it is a contemporary expression that challenges convention and celebrates barley-driven character.
