Description

Convés Brut White Sparkling Wine is produced in the Alentejo region, in the Vidigueira sub-region, from Chardonnay (40%), Arinto (30%), Alvarinho (20%) and Baga (10%) grape varieties. It displays a fine and expressive aromatic profile, with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus nuances. On the palate, it reveals a creamy, smooth texture, with excellent balance, flavour and freshness. Its fine, persistent bubbles enhance its elegance, while 18 months of ageing on fine lees contribute to its complexity.
