Lillet is a liqueur aperitif based on rigorously selected wines (85%) and fruit liqueurs (15%), obtained after several months of maceration in fruit alcohol (sweet oranges from southern Spain, bitter oranges from Haiti, green oranges from Morocco or Tunisia, quinquina from Peru).

It is traditionally aged in oak barrels.
