Description

After the first gentle pressing, grapes still have 10-15% of juice on them. The grapes are macerated for 7 days and then press again and remove more juice, more concentrate. This juice is spontaneously fermented. The result is disconcerting, undisciplined, disruptive, disturbing ... in a very delicious way.

It’s not a movie, it’s a wine.

It’s the “Clockwork Orange”, as life sometimes applies excruciating pressure that we only try to bear. Here, mechanical pressure is transferred to the skins, which is a very healthy way to cope.

Nota de Prova

Cor laranja mel, nariz muito exuberante, notas de laranja cristalizada, algum marmelo quase toques de vindima tardia. Ataque cheio, super texturado a meio de prova, guloso, mas com muita frescura.
