Following a philosophy of minimal intervention, it respects nature’s rhythm at every stage. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with natural yeasts, both in stainless steel lagares and in old clay amphorae, inspired by Roman tradition.
The entire process is carried out with the utmost care — without machines, with the amphorae filled manually, just as it was done in the past.
The result is a pure, elegant wine full of character, with a natural freshness that makes it perfect for relaxed moments, at the table or outdoors.
