White wine made from grapes of the Alvarinho variety produced exclusively in Monção and Melgaço. Grapes with high levels of acidity and good maturation, from older vines with over 14 years. It is a wine made the old fashioned way, extracting more color and tannins through contact with the skins in its vinification.
