Description

Grapes from vineyards planted on the Beira Interior plateau, at an average altitude of 700 meters, mostly over 40 years old in exclusively granitic soils with many quartz veins. Depending on the year, is select the best vineyards, whose native grape varieties are perfectly adapted to the rustic climate caused by the altitude.

Muito mineral e cítrico, toranja, com ligeiro fumado, acidez vibrante com estrutura a deixar antever um bom envelhecimento em garrafa. A alma deste vinho está na combinação única entre uvas das castas Fonte Cal, Síria, Verdelho e Gouveio, de vinhas plantadas exclusivamente em solos graníticos com filões de quartzo, na bacia hidrográfica do rio Douro a uma altitude média de 700 metros.
