Description

Duorum Colheita white wine is produced from the varieties of Rabigato, Arinto, Códega do Larinho and Gouveio. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are stored at low temperature for 48 hours. Later they are de-stemmed and gently crushed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration. About 50% of the batch ferments in French oak barrels and the remaining ferments in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 14º - 16ºC.

AROMA: Aroma intenso dominado pela fruta, destacando-se o pêssego e a toranja.

PALADAR: Possui uma acidez facilmente percetível, envolvida no volume e corpo do vinho.

FINAL: Estas sensações gustativas, em conjunto com o aroma retro nasal, conferem-lhe personalidade e uma longa persistência final.
