Description

Fonte da Cobra Alvarinho comes from a passion for the production of grapes and wine over 30 years old. The grape is harvested and transported quickly from the vine to the winery.

Located in the Celorico de Basto region, the most inland of the Vinho Verde region, this area is known for its high average altitude and the maritime influence is almost non-existent. Hot, dry summers and cold, rainy winters enhance the Alvarinho variety, providing a well-structured wine but with a very present acidity.

Nota de Prova

Vinho de pronunciado aroma citrino, folha e flor de limoeiro, notas herbáceas de relva cortada. Na boca revela uma acidez muito intensa e presente, ainda que equilibrada pelo corpo cheio. Final longo e refrescante com a viva acidez limonada a dominar.
