Description

The grapes were pressed at low temperature to avoid oxidation. After natural decantation for 48 hours and after separation of fine lees, it fermented in a stainless steel vat at a temperature of around 14º - 15ºC.

Nota de Prova

Apesar de bastante jovem, o vinho apresenta bom equilíbrio. No nariz as notas cítricas e de flores brancas conferem-lhe um aroma fresco e delicado.
