Description

This is the first vineyard planted by António in Alentejo, starting with Arinto grapes, cultivated under organic and dry-farming methods. Despite losing about 30% of the vines in the first year and slow vineyard growth with low yields, António recalls the reward: the first must came with 12.2% potential alcohol and 8 total acidity—a testament to the effort.

Nota de Prova

Cor amarelo palha límpido, nariz intenso e notas de citrino, pólvora. Ataque encorpado, com bela acidez, aromas repetem-se na retronasal. Final muito longo.

Suggestions

With concentrated flavors, aromatic intensity, and tertiary notes, this wine pairs well with more elaborate fish dishes, like baked or stewed preparations, or with simple white meat dishes.
