Paço dos Infantes Antão Vaz is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region, in the Vidigueira sub-region, exclusively from the Antão Vaz grape variety. It displays a clear colour with greenish hues and an intense aromatic profile, marked by fruity and citrus notes that convey freshness. On the palate, it reveals subtle mineral hints and well-balanced acidity, resulting in a harmonious and elegant wine. Ageing on fine lees for four months, with bâtonnage, contributes to its texture and complexity.
