Description

Pouca Roupa white wine is produced from the varieties Viosinho, Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are hand-picked to small cases in the early morning in order to preserve its freshness. Afterwards they are cooled down in a cold chamber before vinification takes place.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the aromas.
