The current owners, the Counts of Foz de Arouce, in-laws of João Portugal Ramos, seek to maintain the hospitable and detached spirit with which they receive at their home and which characterizes the true Portuguese nobility. The production of wine is like a continuation of that spirit which is reflected in its commercial philosophy: “with good wine, good and true friends are always made”.
Fermentation in French oak barrels of 1st year (10%) and 2nd year (90%). Aging for 7 months in fermentation barrels with batonnage.
