Description

This White Ribeiro Santo is a wine produced exclusively from grapes from the Ribeiro Santo Estate, from Encruzado and Malvasia Fina varieties. The grapes were harvested manually, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard.

During the winemaking, the grapes were fully desengated and imediantamente pressed. The resulting must passed to a small stainless steel tank, where it decanted at low temperature for 48h. The clean must fermented with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature to preserve the delicate floral aromas with tropical and light vanilla notes.

COR: Cor citrina.

AROMA: Aroma fino, equilíbrio entre fruta e vegetal, com leve toque mineral.

PALADAR: Na boca mostra-se jovem, fresco, acidez refrescante, final elegante e envolvente. Irá evoluir no sentido de maior complexidade.
