The very gentle pressing of the selected grapes from the areas of Candelaria, Barca and Lajido de Santa Luzia, allows the extraction of its best characteristics, ensuring that the wine expresses the grape variety and its special terroir. With a production of 13,000 bottles, Rola-Pipa fermented at 15ºC for three weeks, followed by a ten-month stage on top of fine lees.
