Description

The Encruzado, Bical and Cercial-Branco vineyards that originate this wine have 25 to 60 years old and grow in granite soils.

This wine fermented with indigenous yeasts in 2500 L foudre and cement tank, where aging took place “sur lie” without batonnage.

It has a citrus profile and delicate aromas of orange peel, tea leaf and a slight toasted reduction. In the mouth, it has remarkable acidity and minerality. It has enormous aging potential.

Textura da Estrela Branco é um vinho com aroma complexo. Casca de laranja, frutos secos crus e folha de chá seca são os mais evidentes. Na boca, tem acidez e mineralidade marcantes, a fruta cítrica é realçada como também uma textura cremosa da fermentação em tonel de madeira, bem integrada.
