Description

This white Tons de Duorum is produced from Arinto,Verdelho, Viosinho, Rabigato and Moscatel Galego Branco varieties, planted in shale soils at an average altitude of 400m to 600m.

Upon arrival at the winery the grapes are de-stemmed and gently crushed, followed by pre-fermentative maceration at low temperature during 12 to 24 hours. The grapes are then pressed and fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 14ºC - 16ºC.

AROMA: Aroma intenso e exuberante, dominado pelos frutos citrinos, onde se notam também aromas florais.

PALADAR: A acidez bem presente e envolvida no volume do vinho que em conjunto com os aroma
