Pouca Roupa red wine is produced from the Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Alfrocheiro varieties. Pre-fermative maceration is done at low temperature and fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature.

The ageing is performed in stainless steel vats with controlled micro oxygenation.
