Description

Sandeman Sherry Character Superior Medium Dry is a premium Amontillado-style Sherry, aged for an average of nine years in small casks where it develops its golden amber colour and remarkable aromatic complexity. A small proportion of rich Pedro Ximénez Sherry is then blended in, creating a dry and elegant wine balanced by a delicate touch of sweetness. A refined Sherry, perfect as an aperitif or paired with a wide range of dishes.

Color: Medium golden with reddish amber highlights.

Aroma: Aromatic and complex, with notes of Pedro Ximénez, dried fruits, and a subtle pungent character from oxidative ageing.

Palate: Harmonious and elegant, offering a gentle sweetness on entry that develops into nutty flavours with toasted nuances.

Finish: Long, clean, and dry, with excellent balance and complexity.
